Graduated from University of Indonesia majoring Psychology, Nining started her career from several well known HR Consultant involved in recruitment and assessment process of established companies in Indonesia with various line of business.
Her expertise brought her to join a local retail company, Sahabat Utama Group and tried herself as HR practitioner. Handling over 2000 employees, Currently as HR Corporate Director, Nining is overseeing and supporting 5 different businesses under Sahabat Utama Group i.e.: Retail, Trading, Logistics and Distribution, and also IT Consultant. Firstasia Consultants became one of Sahabat Utama group at 2001 with Nining as one of the founders. After 14 years of service, Nining succeed accompany Firstasia Consultant support over 600 clients all over Indonesia.
Prima combined over 14 years of professional experiences as HR Practitioner mostly in activities that related with HR Administration & Personnel, HR Development and General Affairs, brought her to become one of our Senior Consultant. Prior to that, she worked for one of State Owned Enterprises before join Sahabat Utama Group as HR Manager.
At 2004, she established Mitra Kerja Utama, to support Firstasia Consultant in outsourcing services, payroll administration as well as staffing recruitment services. Currently she is overseeing over 685 employees that fully supported more than 25 clients from various line of business.

Graduated from University of Indonesia at 1997 as a Psychologist, Troy had been pursuing the field of Psychological Assessment consistently for almost 20 years now. His expertise skills cover a comprehensive yet detail area such as test design, competency profiling, assessment center, etc. Actively involved in so many kind of project, Troy has loaded experiences in handling various industries, such as media, pharmaceutical, manufacture, insurance, etc. He started his career in several consultants before at last join Firstasia Consultants since the company founded in 2001. Today, as a Division Manager Troy has to lead a dozen of consultants in order to assist more than 100 active clients exist. Competition and high standard of service is the main key he holds persistently to produce excellence and bring Firstasia into the next level.
Anne holds Bachelor Degree majoring Psychology from Diponegoro University. With over 12 years of professional experiences, Anne's expertise are in Recruitment and Selection, Assessment, Soft Competency based Assessment, Training and HR Consultancy. Starting her career as one of Recruitment Staff at a leading media company, she joined Firstasia Consultant as Junior Consultant in Selection and Assessment Division. For more than 4 years he was involved in many projects for banking industries, media, manufacture and other massive clients on her portfolio. At 2010 she started managing Executive Search Division assist clients in head hunting process. During this time she has recorded significant number of placements for higher level positions. Anne's expertise includes advising clients on the strategic hiring key person for specific position. Recently, Anne is still developing People Development Program Division specializing in delivering in house training program particularly for soft skill. Associating with one of worldwide Master Trainer, she expects be able to deliver high-quality in house training programs meet client's needs and objectives.
